WISE Identity

During TIBCO's ongoing endeavor to establish and brand ERG groups, I played an instrumental role in this transformative process. In close collaboration with the HR team, I actively contributed to the development of the WISE (Women in Science and Engineering) branding. Subsequently, I partnered with a dedicated project manager to craft engaging social campaign graphics aimed at introducing this ERG group to the wider community.

The impact of this initiative was profound, ushering in a positive cultural shift within the organization. The heightened awareness of these efforts proved pivotal in shaping the company's image to potential employees, underscoring its commitment to inclusivity and support for women, thereby fostering a more nurturing and inclusive company culture.

Women’s History Month

March, celebrated as Women's History Month, presented a unique opportunity for the HR team at TIBCO to leverage the branding I had previously crafted for the WISE (Women in Science and Engineering) group. The focus was on promoting this significant month, with particular emphasis on International Women's Day.

In my role, I took charge of devising a thematic graphic that seamlessly integrated the WISE logo and the symbolic concept of breaking through the glass ceiling. The WISE icon itself became a powerful visual metaphor, boldly shattering the glass ceiling while championing the motto, "Champion the Change." To manifest this innovative concept, I ventured beyond conventional methods and employed After Effects to construct a virtual glass ceiling, only to fracture it within the program.

The resulting collateral was an assortment of thematic emails, impactful social media posts, a captivating Zoom background, as well as branded mugs and t-shirts, all harmoniously encapsulating the essence of the campaign. This social initiative not only raised awareness about the challenges faced by women in the workplace but also galvanized employees into meaningful action, propelling the cause for gender equity forward.
