Anticipating the virtual nature of this event, I took a digital-first approach when conceiving this design. My primary objective was to craft a design that would truly shine on digital platforms, so I opted for a dynamic approach and created the design using After Effects. Prioritizing collaboration, I engaged the head of video design at an early stage of the project, ensuring she had a thorough understanding of the design, enabling a seamless and efficient process for producing videos.

I took on the role of providing art direction and contributing to the UX and UI design for the project. While the site's actual design and development were entrusted to a specialized third-party vendor with expertise in creating event websites, I played a crucial role in guiding their efforts.
To facilitate the collaboration with the vendor, I meticulously prepared a style guide tailored for the event. This included the provision of key assets, such as images, the logo, and mockups. Additionally, we maintained a bi-weekly meeting cadence for ongoing input and reviews to ensure alignment and progress.
During this phase, one significant feedback point revolved around the banner's composition. I revised it to prominently feature the TIBCO logo, reinforcing the event's association with TIBCO. Furthermore, this adjustment enabled the integration of a URL link, directing visitors to TIBCO's home page, enhancing the event's branding and visibility.
